Why do many people think that Changsha has a better development prospect than Zhengzhou?
My family is from Luoyang, Henan. I have been studying in Zhengzhou for more than ten years, and I have stayed in Changsha since I graduated from college. To tell you the truth, I am familiar with these two cities. We have a large population in Henan, and Zhengzhou has a larger population than Changsha, but it is not as rich as Changsha. Zhengzhou has developed rapidly in recent years. It used to be a big country, and there were ruins everywhere. Much better now. Zhengzhou's GDP is not as much as Changsha's. Before studying in Zhengzhou, I always felt how good the railway location in Zhengzhou was. I probably didn't go out for a walk at that time. After coming to Changsha, I feel that the geographical location of Changsha is also good. Now in the era of high-speed rail, Changsha South Railway Station is also a large high-speed rail hub station. The Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail and the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed rail meet in Changsha, which is very busy. Changsha South Railway Station has more trains every day than Zhengzhou. In the future, Changsha West Railway Station will also be a big station for Xiamen-Chongqing high-speed railway to pass through Changsha. The subway in Zhengzhou is longer because Changsha is not a plain area, but a typical city with mountains and water. Zhengzhou is a plain area, which is very vast and naturally farther than the subway in Changsha. There is a maglev connection between Changsha South Railway Station and Huanghua Airport, which is the first medium-low speed maglev with independent property rights in China. It is very convenient to get to the airport in 10 minutes, while Zhengzhou is far from Xinzheng Airport, which is not as convenient as Changsha in the past. Compared with Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is superior to Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and has great potential for future development. Especially after the opening of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity train, the economic integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is on the next level, and the three cities are closely connected. Xiangjiang New District in Changsha is the first national-level new district in the central region, and the Changsha Airport Economic Zone was established not long ago, which fully shows that Changsha is still quite strong, and Zhengzhou doesn't feel so good, although there are various free trade zones. However, I think they are all developed by relying on the location of the railway, which just exposes Zhengzhou's shortcomings in other aspects. In terms of science and education, it goes without saying that there is a 2 1 1 Zhengzhou University in Henan, but there are no 985 universities, while there are three 985 universities in Changsha. In this regard, Zhengzhou has gone to grandma's house. One more thing, I think Zhengzhou is a mess, and the sanitation and air are very poor. Having said that, I think there is nothing like Zhengzhou and Changsha. I won't stay in Zhengzhou anyway. Relatively speaking, Changsha's happiness index is much higher, but I also hope that Zhengzhou will develop better and better. After all, I am from Henan, hehe.

To tell the truth, Changsha and Zhengzhou feel similar now. In the future, I think Changsha is less likely than Zhengzhou. Changsha has a strong educational strength. There are many cattle schools, including Central South University (985), Hunan University 985 and Hunan Normal University 2 1 1. There is also a better Xiangtan University. On the other hand, there is only one Zhengzhou University 2 1 1 in Henan, and Hunan Satellite TV is particularly entertaining, with many stars and many entertainment programs. I think there is no advantage compared with Zhengzhou. Many people on the internet say that Changsha's economic income is much worse than Zhengzhou's, so I don't think Changsha's economy is stronger than Zhengzhou's. It is not easy for Zhengzhou's economy to be the first in the north or the first in the provincial capital city. In addition, Zhengzhou has a really good policy in recent years. It has an airport, a free trade zone, a national central city, and an important node of the National Belt and Road. The subway is longer than the Changsha subway, so I think Zhengzhou is no worse than Changsha.

It is an indisputable fact that Changsha is better than Zhengzhou, and it is also the capital city of prefecture-level cities. The only thing Zhengzhou can do is its central position in the Central Plains. Now is the era of great national development. Zhengzhou has a rice-shaped high-speed rail network, which is found in many other cities, including Changsha. The high-speed rail networks in Changsha and Zhengzhou are basically the same, and there is no comparability. But Changsha is better than Zhengzhou in other aspects, such as education level, and universities in Changsha are far better than Zhengzhou. In terms of economic strength, Changsha has a population of 7.3 million, while Zhengzhou has a population of 9.6 million. But Changsha's GDP is105 billion, while Zhengzhou's is only 9100 billion. Zhengzhou boasters brag about how fast Zhengzhou has developed every day. As everyone knows, in 2005, Zhengzhou's GDP was 654.38+0.5 billion yuan more than Changsha's. Zhengzhou originally wanted to catch up with Wuhan and take the first place in Central China, but did not want to catch up with Wuhan for ten years. More than 400 billion yuan was abandoned by Wuhan and 654.38+04 billion yuan was abandoned by Changsha. This shows that the strength of Zhengzhou is limited. At this rate, Zhengzhou can only compete with Hefei for the third city in central China. Therefore, the potential of Changsha is far greater than that of Zhengzhou!

There is no doubt that Changsha has a better development prospect than Zhengzhou.

There are three main points:

First: the natural environment;

Second: higher education;

Third: industrial upgrading;

Some people may say, why not the influence of traffic and national policies? Speaking of transportation, the national high-speed rail network is now horizontal and vertical, crossing each other. Zhengzhou is the national transportation hub, the only "M"-shaped transportation network area in China, and the transportation is very convenient. However, Changsha is located at the intersection of Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway and Xiamen-Chongqing high-speed railway, and there is a long-distance high-speed railway. Although the traffic volume is slightly insufficient, it will not be much different. In terms of air transportation, Zhengzhou Changsha is also half a catty; In terms of water transportation, neither of them has a large port. So in terms of transportation, Zhengzhou's advantage is not enough to overwhelm Changsha.

According to the national policy, Zhengzhou and Changsha are both provincial capitals, both within the Belt and Road. In terms of policy, the Belt and Road is driven by the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, and pays more attention to the docking of high-end manufacturing, high-tech, finance and infrastructure industries. Therefore, from the policy point of view, Changsha and Zhengzhou do not have much advantages, so these two cities will not have policy advantages for a long time to come.

In view of the fact that these two cities have no outstanding advantages in transportation and policies, it is necessary to compare hard power and soft power.

So why should we say that the development prospect of Changsha will be better than that of Zhengzhou?

First: the natural environment. Changsha is located in the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River, with developed landmark water system and rich products. Changsha has a subtropical monsoon climate with mild climate, abundant precipitation, simultaneous rain and heat, and distinct four seasons. The average annual temperature in Changsha is 17.2, and the average annual precipitation in Changsha is13610.6 mm, so the environment is well afforested.

Zhengzhou is located at the end of the East Qinling Mountains, with a continental monsoon climate in the north temperate zone, with frequent alternation of cold and warm air masses, long and dry winters and scarce rain and snow. Spring is dry and rainy, and the temperature is changeable and windy. Annual average temperature15.6; The smog is serious all year round.

It can be said that in attracting talents to live, Changsha's hardware conditions are very good, which is superior to Zhengzhou.

Second: higher education.

There are 39 985 universities in China, and there are three in Changsha: National University of Defense Technology, Central South University and Hunan University.

There is no 985 University in Zhengzhou, but there is a 2 1 1 university-Zhengzhou University.

Therefore, Changsha is superior to Zhengzhou in the cultivation and introduction of higher talents. In terms of soft power, Changsha can be said to be a complete victory.

Changsha and Zhengzhou are uncompromising in attracting talents to start businesses and setting up hukou. In the long run, Changsha will continue to lead Zhengzhou in environment and science and education.

Third: industrial upgrading.

Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development, Changsha's industrial structure has also gone through the process of adjustment, optimization and upgrading.

The first stage: the industrial structure presents the pattern of "two, one and three", and industry is the leading industry of national economic development (1978- 1983). At present, Changsha's industry is mainly labor-intensive industry, and manufacturing plays a major role in economic development. During this period, industry played a leading role in the development of national economy, mainly producing light industrial products, and the primary industry was mainly traditional planting.

The second stage: the industrial structure is "two, three, one", and industry is still the leading industry in national economic development (1984- 1994). At this stage, the internal structure of Changsha's industry changed from the rapid growth of light industry to the rapid growth of heavy industry, and the tertiary industry accounted for more than the primary industry and maintained rapid development.

The third stage: the industrial structure is "321", and the service industry has become the leading industry of national economic development (1995-2007). At the present stage, the open field of service industry has developed from pure commercial trade to transportation, information transmission and software industry, business service industry, finance and insurance industry, real estate industry, culture and entertainment and other fields, and in 2006 it took the lead in breaking through 654.38+000 billion yuan. After entering the new century, under the strategy of "prospering the city and strengthening the city", the proportion of the secondary industry has risen rapidly, and the proportion of the primary industry to the tertiary industry has dropped below 10%.

Changsha has realized the development from labor-intensive to heavy industry, while vigorously developing the tertiary industry, focusing on the development of transportation, information transmission and software industry, business services, finance and insurance industry, real estate industry, culture and entertainment, etc., and the industrial diversification has been comprehensively upgraded.

From 2065438 to 2008, Changsha's electronic information industry has formed a situation in which a hundred flowers blossom. Electronic product manufacturing, mobile internet, Beidou navigation, animation design and other industries rely on scientific and technological innovation to develop strongly. In 20 16, the output value of Changsha's electronic information industry was 150785 billion yuan, which was110.6 times that of 20/kloc-0, accounting for13./kloc-0 of the industrial output value above designated size. Relying on the national software industry base, the national digital media technology industrialization base and other advantageous platforms, the electronic information industry professional park has been built, and a large number of electronic information backbone enterprises such as Weishang Group, Great Wall Information and Wei Tuo Information have gathered. The growing electronic information industry and regional economy have formed a virtuous circle of mutual promotion and development, which has enabled Changsha to develop high-end electronic information industry.

The service industry has good industrial characteristics and many bright spots. Based on big data, cloud computing and Internet of Things, service applications and innovative new formats, new models and new industries are constantly emerging. New formats such as mobile Internet, creative design, and system process services are ready to go, and new models such as eco-tourism, leisure and old-age care, and network services are developing rapidly. In 20 16, the total post and telecommunications business increased by 51.2% over the previous year; Tourism represented by eco-tourism and rural tourism realized a total income of15,348.3 billion yuan, an increase of13.6%; The online retail sales increased by 42.3%, and the construction of the mobile Internet industry development cluster accelerated, and a large number of well-known enterprises such as 58 Home, Yingke Live and Tencent Zhongchuang emerged.

In the new era, Zhengzhou, Economic Development Zone and airport areas are dominated by labor-intensive industries such as automobile and equipment manufacturing and electronic information industry, which will attract a large number of rural surplus labor and workers to transfer in the future. Zhengzhou's industry is still labor-intensive, and there is no advantage in industrial upgrading, which cannot bring high-speed take-off and premium to Zhengzhou's economy.

From the perspective of industrial structure, Changsha's industrial structure is perfect, and the service industry, industry and science and technology industries are gradually developing. However, Zhengzhou's industrial structure is relatively simple, mainly labor-intensive manufacturing, and its economic development depends on industrial development. The service industry and high-tech industry are relatively backward, and they haven't even had time to lay out.

So in the long run, the development prospect of Changsha will be better than that of Zhengzhou.

Changsha has a high probability of being inferior to Zhengzhou. First, Hunan's physical strength is much worse than Henan's. Second, the radiation area of Changsha is too small. Zhengzhou has radiation power to southern Hebei, southwestern Shandong, Shanxi, Huaihai and Shaanxi. Thirdly, Changsha is developing the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and Zhengzhou is also engaged in the integration of Zhengzhou and Bian Jiang. The country's strategic position has improved faster than Changsha, and there is no advantage. Fourth, Changsha is very exclusive, and Zhengzhou locals are weak.

Objectively compare Zhengzhou and Changsha now: 1. Cultural education, Changsha is better than Zhengzhou; 2. Exercise, the two are similar; 3. In terms of real economy, Changsha is represented by Sany, Zoomlion and Volkswagen, Zhengzhou is represented by Yutong, Shielding and SAIC, and there are many food enterprises in Zhengzhou. In foreign trade, Zhengzhou is superior to Changsha. In addition to Foxconn, there are a number of domestic brands in Zhengzhou's mobile phone manufacturing, forming a cluster effect; 5. Fiscal revenue, Changsha's gdp is higher than Zhengzhou's, but I don't know why fiscal revenue is much lower than Zhengzhou's; 6. transportation. High-speed rail is hard to say, but Zhengzhou has the highest freight volume in China and Europe, and Zhengzhou has obvious freight advantages, and air passenger Changsha has an advantage. However, Zhengzhou may catch up this year, and the gap of 16 is already very small, and Zhengzhou has obvious advantages in air freight. 7. Life perception. Changsha is superior to Zhengzhou, which has not yet formed a distinct petty bourgeoisie lifestyle; 8. Future development prospects. With the policy advantages accumulated by the two cities at present, Zhengzhou has a greater policy advantage. Because Changsha is close to Guangzhou and Wuhan, it is easy to be sucked away by these two big cities. Finally, it is concluded that the future development of Zhengzhou should be better than Changsha!

Changsha has a good development prospect, but the chance of surpassing Zhengzhou is very small.

Located in the middle of Guanghan, the strength of the two strong companies is limited.

Sanxiang is a golden land with a small population.

Strong economic and technical strength, small high-tech industry.

Zhengzhou enjoys a superior geographical position and a high status as a transportation hub.

Backed by hundreds of millions of people in Henan, the aggregation effect is obviously good.

People flow, logistics, business prosperity, the expansion of the city has relied on.

The central city has been positioned and developed rapidly.

Changsha is really powerful. Without location advantage, it has also fought its way out. However, it also acknowledges that Changsha's gdp is too high, surpassing Ning Hang's per capita. People in Changsha think that self-deception is an idiot. The most crucial point is that Changsha is too close to Wuhan, in a completely homogeneous competition, and basically inferior to Wuhan in all aspects, which doomed all struggles to be in vain. This is life.

As a native of Changsha, my opinion is that Changsha is not as good as Zhengzhou and Changsha is not a first-tier city. I saw many friends discussing the advantages of the two cities in various aspects. There are several points that need to be corrected, but they are not comparisons.

First of all, in terms of education, everyone says that Zhengzhou is inferior to Changsha because of ethnic reasons. In fact, there is another important reason. Henan is inferior to Hunan. Why not Hunan? What is education about now? Fair, realize education informatization through internet plus. In Hunan, after Huarong's first educational informatization "Huarong sample" came out in 20 13, we can tell you responsibly that only Hunan and Guangzhou in China have no "virgin land". Why, because the government supports the development of education, Changsha and Guangzhou bear the brunt, while Henan is not called "virgin land". The education bureau has no money to approve nothing to do! I think the government's attitude towards education directly caused the low admission rate of Henan college entrance examination. This, I think, has something to do with people themselves. Why do children go to school? The direct impact of education is, have you ever seen anyone touch porcelain in Changsha? That's right. Last time a man who touched porcelain cheated 7000 yuan, he was caught and sentenced to 3.7. 10 years respectively.

Second, the flow. Forget Huanghua Airport. This airport enjoys some national policies, and its throughput ranks first in Central China. The high-speed rail is also because the South Locomotive in Zhuzhou and Changsha is cheap, but the urban traffic and roads are not as good as Zhengzhou. You can skip the plane and the high-speed rail, but you can't stay at home. At this point, Changsha is not as good as Zhengzhou, although it is in the last place in terms of food, clothing, housing and transportation.

Third, house prices. Some friends say that Changsha's GDP is much higher than Zhengzhou's, but its fiscal revenue is not high. One of the reasons is that the Changsha government rarely sells land, and the industrial structure of Changsha is dominated by the tertiary industry. The fiscal revenue is not high because the Changsha municipal government is willing to spend money. Moreover, the Changsha municipal government has always had a strong control over housing prices. At this point, I believe everyone would like to live in a house in Changsha, which is less than 1 1000 square meters.

Fourth, the living environment. In the new "double control" assessment, Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission gave the province's low-carbon development fund150,000 during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and the Changsha Municipal Government gave it1500,000 during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, with an annual quota of 30 million. It is estimated that Zhengzhou has not yet made a final decision, but I can say that Changsha's low-carbon project has decided to invest nearly 60 billion yuan in the 13 th Five-Year Plan, and Zhengzhou seems to be 5.088 billion yuan in the first year. My wife is from Nanning, which is a famous green city, and the green area ranks first in the provincial capital of China. My wife has been in Changsha for ten years and often laments that Changsha has changed too much, especially in greening the environment. Changsha is really willing to spend money to plant flowers, grass and trees. To tell the truth, in this respect, Changsha is estimated to catch up with Nanning in five years. Zhengzhou is close to Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan. If this aspect is not strengthened, it is estimated that Changsha will be far behind, not as good as Changsha.

In the living environment, I really dare not compliment Zhengzhou's nightlife. I went 16. Although there are some lively places, it is still far from Changsha and can't be compared.

The above points are related to the quality of life of ordinary people, but they cannot change Changsha's geographical location and economic conditions. The state will not allow Changsha to overthrow Wuhan, a central city supported by another state, for a long time. Therefore, in some respects, Changsha will never surpass Zhengzhou. As an ordinary Changsha person, I hope my hometown will not become a first-tier city in Shenma, Beishangguangshen and Shenzhen. Is that place comfortable? Outsiders are uncomfortable, and locals are also uncomfortable. At present, there are less than 5 million local people in Changsha (non-transfer accounts), and the permanent population is less than150,000. Foreigners can afford it and have a place to play. If they want to settle down, they don't need to be particularly tired to eat, drink and make money. The couple's college diplomas are basically a set of 100 flat down payment for five years. The quality of a city does not mean that it is a central city. In Changsha, you can enjoy the same treatment as Beishangguangshen (National Defense Science and Technology University is not lower than the admission score of Tsinghua Peking University, and the clinical level of Xiangya Third Hospital is at least as good as Concord). Why should Changsha strive for a first-tier city? Very good! ! ! I hope Changsha will never be a first-tier city, because in this way, housing prices will not last long, and there will not be too many requirements for development. We can live more comfortably and happily in Changsha.

Changsha: My level of science and education is higher than yours.

Zhengzhou: I am a national central city.

Changsha: I have a longer history than you.

Zhengzhou: I am a national central city.

Changsha: My water transport is more developed than yours.

Zhengzhou: I am a national central city.

Changsha: My GDP is higher than yours.

Zhengzhou: I am a national central city.

Changsha: Can we not talk about the national central city?

Zhengzhou: My high-speed train is more developed than yours.

Changsha: ...

Zhengzhou: I am a national central city.

Changsha: Get out!
