Brief introduction of Medina Islamic University
The school was established at 198 1 by order of the king. It is a religious university, and now it has moved towards a comprehensive university. Its purpose is to spread the mission of Islam and cultivate and carry forward the Islamic spirit; Writing, translating and publishing papers on human cultural knowledge needed by Islamic society, especially encouraging the writing of academic monographs on Islamic and Arab studies; Train and educate Muslim students in an all-round way, and train experts and scholars who are proficient in Islam and Arabic studies and religious scholars who have scientific and cultural knowledge and are qualified for Islamic missionary work; Collecting, organizing, preserving and publishing Islamic cultural heritage; Establish and strengthen academic and cultural contacts and exchanges with universities, academic groups and institutions around the world.
