We must establish a high-quality, efficient, innovative and pragmatic concept of running a school, establish that teaching is the foundation, scientific research is the key, and serving the society is the basic understanding, and balance the relationship among them. Providing high-quality and efficient teaching services for students is our fundamental task. High-quality and efficient teaching can not only rely on experience, but also need scientific research results to be continuously applied to teaching. Only through scientific research activities can teachers constantly improve their rational understanding of teaching rules and enter the free kingdom from the inevitable kingdom of teaching. At the same time, in the face of the pressure of insufficient investment in national education funds, the social service work of the college is an important guarantee for the teaching, scientific research and staff life of the college. In the next five years, we should establish a more mature democratic decision-making mechanism, improve the management and supervision system of teaching and scientific research, adhere to the system of regular rotation of department heads and teaching and research section directors, and the system of academic leave for teachers, so as to make the age and academic structure of teachers in our college more reasonable, achieve outstanding teaching results, and develop a reasonable and balanced language, and expand the teacher-student exchange program with overseas universities. In terms of discipline construction, there are high-level scientific research projects and achievements, a relatively sound postgraduate curriculum system and postgraduate tutor team, an additional master's degree in Japanese and a doctorate in English, and the establishment of its own academic journals. In terms of social services, we will continue to increase various service items and improve efficiency. The faculty and staff of the whole hospital should make persistent efforts to make our overall level in a leading position among similar institutions in China.
