Time Forum belongs to Tsinghua University Student Union. With the support of the school, we can borrow all kinds of venues in Tsinghua, from cafes to classrooms, from lecture halls to auditoriums, which can meet the needs of activities of different scales (dozens to thousands of people). During the growth of Times Forum, the international department of the school, the student affairs office, the youth league committee of the school, the external liaison department, the propaganda department and the learning department of the school all gave great support and help. In addition, Time Forum maintains close contact and cooperation with many student organizations inside and outside the school.

At the same time, Times Forum has a good cooperative relationship with government departments, well-known enterprises, cultural institutions, NGOs and other organizations, such as the Ministry of Textile Industry, China folk environmental protection group "Friends of Nature", National Grand Theatre, One-way Street Bookstore, Zhonghua Book Company, Guangxi Normal University Press, Baidu Entertainment, China Film Group and so on. Time Forum has specially set up a Friends Listening Service Group (referred to as "Friends Listening Time"), whose main function is to serve students. As the largest comprehensive forum for students in Tsinghua University, Times Forum has great influence among students inside and outside the school, and has gradually attracted extensive attention from people from all walks of life and various organizations. Many mainstream media such as CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Sina.com, Sohu.com and Southern Weekend reported on the forum activities. In addition, since its establishment, Time Forum has received many foreign guests' speeches and provided high-quality guidance services for foreign companies.
