First log on to Jilin University Admissions Network to register online. The online registration fee is RMB 200 yuan. If the registration fee is not paid successfully before the deadline for online application, the registration information will be deemed invalid.

Two, candidates in the online registration at the same time, must submit the following application materials to the admissions unit:

1. A copy of "Jilin University doctoral registration information summary" (downloaded and printed by the doctoral registration system of Jilin University, the column of "My self-report" and the signature of the promisor are handwritten by the candidate himself).

2. Two "letters of recommendation from experts" issued by professors (or experts with equivalent titles) applying for disciplines.

3. My research plan during my PhD needs about 3000 words.

4. A copy of the candidate's ID card.

5. Copy of undergraduate diploma and degree certificate.

6. A copy of the master's graduation certificate and degree certificate of the master's degree personnel (a copy of the graduation certificate submitted by the recent master's graduates or a certificate of attendance issued by the graduate student status management department of the school).

7. Those who have obtained a master's degree in China must submit a copy of the degree certification report issued by the Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development of the Ministry of Education.

8. Those who have obtained a master's degree abroad must submit a copy of the degree certification report issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

9. Candidates who apply for a doctor's degree in clinical medicine must also submit a copy of the qualification certificate for clinicians issued by the state (except for seven-year postgraduate students).

12. Graduate transcripts. 13. Master's degree thesis (master graduates can provide master's degree thesis abstracts).

Three, the admissions unit set up a "comprehensive assessment expert group" to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the candidates who passed the qualification examination. The specific assessment methods and contents are determined by the admissions unit. Ideological and political quality and moral assessment are not included in the comprehensive assessment results, but those who fail are not admitted. The comprehensive assessment results are calculated according to the percentage system, and the proposed admission list is determined according to the comprehensive assessment results.
