RTVU is a university diploma, which is recognized by the state. RTVU belongs to adult education, including junior college and undergraduate course. RTVU, formerly known as Central Radio and TV University, is an institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education, providing modern distance and open education for the whole country. 1999, the Ministry of Education approved the National Radio and TV University to hold open education, mainly including undergraduate (junior college) and junior college education.
