In my 20 years of life, I have had many wonderful experiences, and college life is the most unforgettable one. I will never forget the first few days when I entered the university campus: I was deeply impressed by the garden-like campus, enthusiastic and active students, and especially the learning atmosphere there.
After a hard military training, I completely integrated into my study. The teacher's lecture is really great. They teach us not only the knowledge in textbooks, but also all kinds of other information. I am eager to acquire as much knowledge as possible, and it is the teacher who inspires my insatiable desire.
Frankly speaking, I couldn't keep up with the teacher at first. However, through my own efforts and the guidance of my teachers, I have made great progress. The teacher's lectures and many other academic reports have benefited me a lot. Learning is a long-term process step by step, and I will continue to explore and enrich myself in the treasure house of knowledge. This summer vacation, I walked out of the ivory tower and came into contact with the real society. A publishing house offered me a part-time job as an editor and proofreader.
When I first started working, my colleagues couldn't afford me. However, I was shocked when I finished translating seven English articles in one day (the total number of words exceeded 5000). Gradually, they began to look at me with respect. They think I have become a useful and trustworthy good colleague.
I also realized that only those who bring happiness to others are truly happy. So I often participate in public welfare-related activities. Once, my classmates and I went to a poor mountain village with hemorrhoids. There, we teach children who have no money to go to school. I showed them a broad and civilized picture of the outside world, but at the same time I was deeply moved by the children's thirst for knowledge, their sincerity and purity. On the day we left, I couldn't help shedding tears of disappointment. This precious experience made us future teachers realize the great responsibility on our shoulders.
Besides studying and social practice, I often take part in recreational activities. I exercise every day, hoping to stay healthy and energetic. We also write plays and rehearse performances in our spare time.
Garden life is the most colorful. However, different people have different choices. Most students cherish their wonderful time and are eager to excel in the future. However, there are indeed some students who are indifferent. They get together to eat, drink and be merry; They are busy pursuing friends of the opposite sex; They have completely forgotten their mission as college students and the high hopes of the motherland.
Finally, I hope everyone can work hard to become useful talents for the country. I also hope that everyone can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to society!
