1. Competition content and form

What is the provincial finals? Career planning and design entries? 、? Personal works on-site display? And then what? Answer the judges' questions? 2. Entry selection rules

(1) Entries for career planning and design must have a title page. Fill in the real name, gender, school, class, contact number, email address and other relevant information of the contestants on the title page. Entries are required to be complete, concise, clear in format, elegant in layout, innovative, full of personality, unconventional in style, full of youthful vitality of participating college students and full of the image of contemporary young professionals. No written works shall be luxuriously packaged.

(2) According to their own career planning evaluation report, combined with their own actual situation and social needs, the contestants should follow the professional, employment, occupation and other aspects. Self-cognition, professional cognition, decision-making and coping, self-monitoring? Four steps of career planning and design (including career planning alternatives). Do not entrust others to write.

(3) Senior professional consultants, corporate human resources directors and other professionals will be invited to select the entries of career planning and design, with suitability, rationality, authenticity, logic, innovation and feasibility as the main selection criteria, and the literariness and artistry will be downplayed. Special note: the selection of entries in this competition will focus on short-term goal planning, which refers to career planning during college and five years after graduation.

(4) The organizing committee of the contest has the right to adjust the selection rules for the finals of this province according to the actual situation of each university.

3. Design and writing requirements of the entries (including but not limited to the following)

In short, career planning is a process of knowing ourselves and ourselves, reasonably choosing career goals and paths, and achieving career goals with optimal strategies and efficient actions.

(1) Self-knowledge (confidant): According to? Career planning assessment? 、? 360 degree evaluation? Methods, such as objectively analyzing their professional interests, ability tendencies, professional values, behavior styles, personality characteristics, etc. Know what they like to do? What can you do? Suitable for what? What do you value most? Do people and posts match?

⑵ Occupational cognition: Through various channels (books, internet, social practice, expert consultation, etc. ) and methods (external environment analysis, target occupation analysis, professional quality evaluation, SWOT analysis, etc. ), you can fully understand the relevant information of the target industry, target occupation and target enterprise (employer), and combine your own professional situation, employment opportunities, career choices, family environment, social needs and other factors.

⑶ Decision-making and coping: Choosing career goals and paths: On the basis of self-cognition and career cognition, using decision-making balance table, SWOT analysis and other tools, making career orientation, choosing the most suitable career goals and determining the corresponding career development paths.

Make action plans and strategies: around the realization of career goals, make targeted, clear and feasible action plans, and college students should pay attention to implementing the plans during their college years and within five years after graduation. When making a plan, we should pay attention to our priorities. After the completion of the action plan and strategy, we should strengthen our study, act efficiently, learn time management and deal with interference to ensure the smooth completion of the action plan.

⑷ Self-monitoring: keep pace with the times and adjust flexibly. Due to the changes of social environment, family environment, organizational environment, personal growth curve and various unpredictable factors, a person's career development is often not smooth sailing. In order to better grasp life, adapt to and make use of various changes, we need to evaluate, feedback, adjust and optimize our career plans on a regular basis, including drawing up alternative career plans.
