What Japanese proficiency tests are recognized by Japanese universities?
Basically, there are two common types. JLPT for graduate school and JTEST for language school.

1、JLPT

Test grade: The new Japanese proficiency test is divided into five grades, from N 1-N5, N 1 is the highest grade, and N5 is the lowest grade.

Exam content: All questions are multiple-choice questions, with a full score of 180.

The N 1 and N2 exams are divided into two subjects: language knowledge (words, vocabulary and grammar), reading and listening.

N3, N4 and N5 exams are divided into three subjects: language knowledge (words and vocabulary), language knowledge (grammar), reading and listening.

Registration fee: N 1, N2 level 450 yuan; N3-N5 is 350 yuan.

Examination time: twice a year in July and February.

2、JTEST

Different from JLPT, J.TEST pays more attention to practical application ability and is held every two months.

Exam grade: The J.TEST exam is divided into A-F grades, with A grade as the highest grade.

Examination content: subjective questions, A-D 1000, E-F 500. ..

Newspapers, magazines, articles and charts commonly used in Japanese business today are widely used in examination papers.

The examination papers of all grades are the same, and the ability level of candidates is directly divided according to their grades.

Registration fee: 460 yuan.

Examination time:1/3/5/7/911month every two months.
