Rule three. In order to standardize the enrollment behavior, improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment of the college in 2022, the Articles of Association is formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Decree No.26 of the Ministry of Education, and combined with the specific enrollment situation of the college.
Article 4? The enrollment plan of colleges and universities is incorporated into the unified enrollment plan of colleges and universities nationwide, and it is geared to the national enrollment. Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the time limit prescribed by the school will be awarded the undergraduate (specialized) diploma (certificate type is general higher education diploma) electronically registered by the Ministry of Education and recognized by the state by Oriental College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine; Meet the conditions of the school's degree granting, and be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Dongfang College, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
Article 5? Oriental College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is a full-time ordinary university jointly organized by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine ("Project 2 1 1", a key university directly under the Ministry of Education) and social forces. Chapter two? Organization and personnel
Article 8? The College has set up an enrollment leading group composed of college leaders and heads of relevant departments, which is responsible for comprehensively implementing the relevant national enrollment policies, formulating college enrollment policies, determining enrollment plans, and discussing and deciding major enrollment issues.
Article 9? The Admissions Office is a permanent institution of the leading group for college enrollment. Its main responsibilities are to implement the relevant enrollment regulations and implementation rules formulated by the college, prepare enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and admission, and carry out enrollment examination reform and scientific research.
Article 10? The College has set up an enrollment supervision office composed of the Party Secretary of the College and the heads of relevant functional departments, which is responsible for supervising the implementation of the enrollment policy and the openness, fairness and impartiality of the enrollment work, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.
Chapter three? Enrollment plan and objectives
Article 11? The Admissions Office shall, jointly with relevant functional departments, formulate the annual enrollment professional plan according to the college development plan, school conditions, student source status, talent market demand and other factors. After examination and approval by the leading group of college admissions, it shall be reported to the provincial education department for examination and approval.
Article 12? According to the enrollment plan issued by the provincial education department, the college admissions office makes a plan for the college to be divided into provinces and majors, which is submitted to the provincial education department for examination and approval after being examined and approved by the college leaders.
Thirteenth college admissions office will send (send) the student enrollment plan to the relevant provincial (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government) college admissions office in time as required, and announce it to the public through various channels.
Article 14 The enrollment target is the college entrance examination students who take the national unified examination in 2022.
Chapter four? Enrollment conditions
Article 15 The physical examination standard of our school shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) and relevant supplementary regulations. Please refer to the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities (2020 Edition) for details of the discipline categories of each major. According to the characteristics of professional training and employment, starting from the principle of being responsible for candidates and safeguarding their interests, candidates who cannot accurately identify colors such as color blindness and color weakness are not admitted to enter the medical and pharmaceutical majors; According to the study contents of clinical probation, internship, emergency training, skill assessment, on-site drug collection, microscopic analysis, experimental operation, military training, health care, sports and so on, the school advises disabled students to report carefully; According to the employer's requirements for the employment of nursing specialty, it is suggested that candidates whose height is less than 1.55 meters carefully apply for nursing specialty.
Article 16 After the new students report for duty, the school shall conduct the new students' entrance qualification and physical examination, and cancel their entrance qualification if they practise fraud and do not meet the entrance requirements.
Seventeenth provinces (cities, autonomous regions) according to the professional enrollment, the number of local admissions departments shall prevail. There is no limit to the current (previous) candidates and the ratio of male to female. ? The language of foreign language teaching after entering school is English.

Article 18? All tuition and accommodation fees should be paid according to the academic year.
Article 19 Tuition standard: For details of the tuition standard of each major, please refer to the enrollment plans published by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Accommodation standard: Accommodation fee varies according to different accommodation conditions. See the admission notice for details.
Article 20 In order to encourage students to develop in an all-round way, in addition to national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national bursaries and school scholarships, the college has set up a special student financial assistance management office to assist students in applying for student loans from their places of origin and recommend work-study jobs.
Chapter six? Admission rules
Article 21? The college carries out its work in accordance with the enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education in that year, and adheres to the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".
Article 22? The college implements the enrollment policies of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and determines the enrollment ratio according to the situation of students.
Article 23? According to the admission control scores of the same batch published by the admissions committees of colleges and universities in various provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions), for the provinces that implement sequential volunteering, our college gives priority to the first volunteer candidates, and enrolls non-first volunteer candidates when the number of first volunteer students is insufficient; For the provinces that implement parallel volunteer, the College implements the enrollment policies of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 24? In the provinces that have not carried out the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the principle of "scores first and professional volunteers follow" is implemented for candidates entering the major, that is, the candidates' grades are sorted from high to low, and the professional volunteers with high scores are given priority on the premise of passing the physical examination. Under the condition that the total score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) is the same, the order of admission is Chinese, mathematics and foreign language.
Article 25? The comprehensive reform of college entrance examination is carried out in accordance with the plans and related measures announced by the corresponding provinces. Candidates' elective subjects must meet the requirements of the scope of elective subjects for enrollment majors in our school. The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in the province has not announced the plan and related measures, according to the twenty-fourth plan. Candidates in Jiangsu Province must achieve CC in their academic proficiency test. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: The enrollment plan of 1: 1 is implemented. The college does not require extra exams.
Article 26? The college recognizes various policies stipulated by the national and provincial (city, autonomous region) admissions departments to raise or lower scores. That is, when upgrading files and dividing majors, the college recognizes the extra points that meet the policy.
Article 27? According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, our school reserves a plan that does not exceed the total number of undergraduate enrollment plans 1%, which is used in provinces with good student quality or to solve the admission problem of candidates with the same score.

Article 28? In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and relevant national policies, the national policies and regulations shall prevail.
Article 29? The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Oriental College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
