(1) Nationality and identity
Both the applicant and his parents are foreigners (excluding students/parents who become foreigners after birth).
-The applicant's nationality should be legally certified before the application deadline.
-Students with dual nationality (Korean nationality first) cannot apply for admission as international students.

(2) Educational background
Graduated from high school (or about to graduate from high school).
(3) Language ability requirements
A. TOPIK (Korean Proficiency Test) has reached Level 3, or has completed the Korean course at the School of International Languages of Busan University.
-Humanities, Sociology, Mechanics, Nursing, Pre-medical, Clothing and Textile, Chemical Biomolecules and Environmental Engineering (Freshman), Chemistry? Department of Bioanalysis and Environmental Engineering (Chemistry and Bio-molecular Engineering (Grade 3) and Environmental Engineering (Grade 3)): Applicants need to reach TOPIK Grade 4 or complete the Grade 4 Korean course at the School of International Languages of Busan University.
-College of Pre-medical Science: Freshmen need to pass TOPIK Grade 5 within one year, otherwise they will not be promoted to the second year of undergraduate study.
B. Global Institute
TOEFL (TOEFL paper test score reached 550 points; TOEFL score reached 80 points); The IELTS test score reached 5.5; TEPS test scores reached more than 550 points.
This requirement does not apply to applicants from the United States, Britain, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and South Africa.
-TOPIK exam is not compulsory.
