1, National University of Defense Technology

Established in 1953, National University of Defense Technology of Chinese People's Liberation Army is a comprehensive national key university directly under People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Central Military Commission, covering ten disciplines such as science, engineering, military science, management, economics, philosophy, literature, education, law and history, and it is also the first advanced military engineering college in new China.

2. China People's Liberation Army Information Engineering University

Founded in 193 1, Information Engineering University, the strategic support force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, was rebuilt on the basis of the original Information Engineering University and Foreign Languages College, and shouldered the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-level talents in the information field for national defense and military modernization.

PLA Air Force Engineering University is located in Baqiao District, Xi City, Shaanxi Province. Founded in 1999, it is a comprehensive national key university integrating engineering, literature, management, science, law and military.

PLA Naval Engineering University, located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, was founded in 1949. It is a multi-disciplinary and multi-level naval institution of higher learning that combines engineering with management, technology with command. There are 34 undergraduate majors, covering most professional fields of the navy, forming a comprehensive discipline environment with industry as the mainstay and the coordinated development of engineering, science, management and military science.
