College introduction:
Quzhou University, referred to as Quyuan for short, is a provincial master's program construction unit in Zhejiang Province. It is a public undergraduate university organized by Quzhou Municipal People's Government and located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Led by Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang Normal University, Hangzhou Dianzi University and Zhejiang Gongshang University participated in helping Quzhou College.
The school, formerly known as the West Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology, was founded in 1985. 1February 1993, the West Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology was renamed as the West Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology. On March 20 10, it was upgraded and renamed as Quzhou College with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
By the end of June, 2022, official website of 5438+00 School showed that the campus covers an area of 863 mu, and there are 10 colleges (departments) such as School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Architecture and Engineering, School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Business School, School of Teacher Education, School of Foreign Languages/International Education, School of Marxism, School of Entrepreneurship, and Sports Department.
There are 29 undergraduate majors in 7 disciplines including engineering, education, management, economy, literature, science and art, and there are more than 8,300 full-time college students. There are 1 national first-class undergraduate majors, 2 national first-class undergraduate majors, 1 provincial first-class undergraduate majors, 6 provincial dominant majors, 78 provincial first-class courses, and1was selected as the pilot major of integrated training of secondary vocational schools and applied undergraduate courses.
