5. Stir-fried spinach, tiger skin pepper, shredded mustard tuber, shredded yuba, sweet and sour pork ribs, egg sausage wrapped in meat (thin egg cake covered with minced meat, steamed tightly), steamed beer duck, fried shrimp, braised lion's head and stewed salted eggs with minced meat. 6. Steamed bread, flower rolls, salty and sweet biscuits, steamed stuffed buns, noodles, jiaozi and wonton.
