Other benefits include 10 points for postgraduate entrance examination, enjoying the policy of fresh graduates, tuition compensation and student loan compensation at the expiration of the period, and calculating the length of service to participate in professional title evaluation.

Second, volunteers pay different subsidies according to the hardship of the places they serve. Take Xinjiang as an example: Northern Xinjiang is basically in Category 4 districts, and each standby person may get about 2,000 yuan a month, while southern Xinjiang is basically above Category 4 districts, with 2,900 yuan a month for Category 4 districts (autonomous region subsidizes 2 100 yuan+unit subsidizes 800 yuan) and 3,500 yuan a month for Category 5 and Category 6 districts.
