Anhui Normal University is located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. It is a university jointly established by the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the people of China and the Ministry of Education, and is a national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest". It is the first batch of high-level university construction projects with local characteristics in the revitalization plan of higher education in Anhui Province.

Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master of law (law) must meet the requirements: the major they studied before entering the examination is law, and it is limited to the catalogue of undergraduate majors in ordinary universities.
