When practicing, relax, concentrate, breathe evenly, stay in the abdomen, combine inside and outside, and slowly Xi. Not too light, not too heavy, light and important, appropriate, can not be rubbed everywhere.

Inhale through your nose, hold your abdomen with your mind, and feel the breath slowly filling your abdomen.

When the air is full, the palm will start to move and slowly extend to the left and right. Five fingers will open, palms up, palms out, arms at shoulder height. At the same time, exhale through the nose, hoping that the gas in the abdomen will slowly lift the arm and gradually fill the hands until the arm is straight. Concentrate, breathe carefully and evenly, and act calmly. Look at your eyes, grind your teeth, loosen your shoulders, stretch your arms, straighten your knees, close your chin, hold your chest out, and lean your back (Figure 1 1).

Then slowly withdraw the reserve potential, inhale when closing, and return to the original position just to inhale. Practice repeatedly.

Close your lips and teeth and press your tongue on the palate. Inhale through your nose, hold your abdomen with your mind, and feel the breath slowly filling your abdomen.

When the breath is full, your hands will start to move, and at the same time slowly press out your hips, palms forward, palms down, five fingers open, and exhale through your nose, hoping that the internal gas will slowly penetrate into your hands until your arms are straight. Concentrate, breathe carefully and evenly, and act calmly. Look at your eyes, grind your teeth, loosen your shoulders, stretch your arms, straighten your knees, close your chin, hold your chest out, and lean your back (Figure 13).

Then slowly restore the original potential, turn it off and inhale, then inhale when you get to the original position, and so on.

Then slowly restore the original potential, inhale when you close it, and inhale when you get to the original position. Practice repeatedly.

The breathing mode is "forward breathing", with the abdomen bulging when inhaling and abdomen closing when exhaling. Look at your eyes, grind your teeth, twist your waist, turn your hips and tighten your palms (Figure 16).

These are the four mother potentials of king kong palm's gas production, and the movements are all based on the right aftereffect potential.

Getting angry is urgent! Save first and then send, cooperate with manual operation, use air thrust, improve speed and increase impulse. Qi goes first, then force, and gas comes to force. Long-term practice, that is, gathering and sending, storing and sending at will, combining qi and energy, is of great use.
