East China University of Political Science and Law has set up postgraduate education since 198 1. Graduate Education College was established in March, 20001. The Graduate Education Institute is the functional department of the school to exercise the management and service of graduate education, and its responsibilities include policy and business guidance on graduate enrollment, training, student status management, degree awarding, ideological and political education, party building and employment. The graduate education institute also undertakes the daily education, training and management of doctoral students and LLM students.

The school has the right to grant doctoral degrees in law and public administration, and the right to authorize master's degrees in applied economics, political science, Marxist theory and public administration. There are 16 degree authorization points in the discipline of law, including legal theory, legal history, constitutional and administrative law, criminal law, civil and commercial law, procedural law, economic law, international law, intellectual property rights, judicial expertise, social law, legal politics, public security and procuratorial law, legal methodology, military law (master's degree) and legal finance (master's degree).

Applied economics has degree authorization points for industrial economics, finance, international trade and regional economics, political science has degree authorization points for political science theory and Chinese and foreign political systems, and Marxist theory has degree authorization points for basic principles of Marxism, China Marxist studies, ideological and political education, socialist legal education and communication studies.

There are degree authorization points in public management, social security, cultural industry management, public safety management, social management, educational economy and management. At the same time, there are six professional degree authorization points, including law (illegal study), law (law), public management, finance, social work and translation.

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

1, nationally recognized undergraduate graduates (20 1 September 71) must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas. Including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges, as well as undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education).

Special attention: Undergraduates who can obtain the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before 20 1 September 7/KLOC-0 must show the relevant certificates issued by the provincial higher education self-study examination office or the online education university, and go through the online registration confirmation procedures. The above certificates must also be made into JPG files and uploaded to our graduate enrollment information system (the specific uploading method will be announced on the graduate enrollment information network at that time).
