Brief introduction of College of Science and Technology of Hunan University of Technology;
Hunan University of Technology established a full-time public independent college at undergraduate level with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Hunan Provincial People's Government on 200 1. In June 2002, the alma mater merged with the former Hunan Urban Construction College, and the Polytechnic entered the campus, and the Polytechnic began to operate independently.
In August 2004, the alma mater merged with Hunan Institute of Finance and Accounting, and all the assets of the school were handed over to the Institute of Science and Technology for use and management. Since June 2007, Polytechnic has moved to the campus of Polytechnic.
