Xiamen University has a major in pharmacy. Xiamen University School of Medicine has many years of experience in undergraduate and postgraduate education and training. The enrollment of undergraduate students majoring in pharmacy began in 2004. In 2007, it began to recruit master students in medicinal chemistry and pharmacology, master students in chemical biology and doctoral students in cell biology, and in 2008 it began to recruit doctoral students in chemical biology.
