Instructions for Postgraduate Admissions of Guangxi University 1. Time and place of registration

1, time: September 12-13.

2. Location: The new student reception point is located between Building 4 and Building 6 in the student dormitory of the West Campus, in front of Building 6B in Little Square.

Precautions:

(1) freshmen should go through the formalities at the registration points of each college according to the registration time. Please don't go in advance or late. Freshmen who arrive early should arrange their own accommodation. Freshmen who can't report on time must have justified reasons and relevant certificates, and ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to report for two weeks without reason are disqualified.

(2) On September 12 and 13, our school set up reception stations for freshmen at Nanning Railway Station, Nanning East Railway Station, Langdong Bus Station and Jiangnan Bus Station, with buses to pick up freshmen. The pick-up time is from 8: 30 to 23: 00, and all reception stations are equipped with luggage storage offices.

(3) Baggage must be labeled, and the label can be made of pure color cloth, indicating the college, major and name, and firmly tied to the luggage. Candidates who need to check their luggage in advance should contact the relevant college.

Second, the registration procedures and fees

1. After the freshmen receive the admission notice and debit card, please deposit (remit) the tuition and fees in full in the card before August 20th, and the bank will withhold them in batches. Freshmen should present their admission notice, ID card, undergraduate diploma (fresh graduates should present the original and copy of undergraduate diploma for inspection) and the report forms of CET-6, TOEFL and IELTS obtained after 20 13 10 (subject to the date of signature of the certificate or report form) to go through various registration procedures at the registration point of freshmen.

Undergraduate graduates, adult college graduates, and self-taught candidates who have not obtained a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma at the time of enrollment (institutions must check the original diploma) will be disqualified.

2. Total payment: tuition+accommodation fee (1200 yuan)+medical examination fee (60 yuan).

(1) Accommodation fee:

All graduate students have to pay accommodation fees (except those who apply for non-accommodation in advance). The accommodation for 20 15 master students is arranged by the school, and they live in apartments for 2-4 people. After the freshmen report to the college, the master students will go through the check-in formalities at the attendant on each floor with the admission notice and their ID cards. With the admission notice and my ID card, the doctoral students go through the check-in formalities at the East Campus Management Service Department of the Student Apartment Management Service Center in East Campus 13. Accommodation fee is prepaid per person per year 1200 yuan, and finally settled according to the actual charging standard in the building. (2) Tuition:

Starting from the autumn semester, our district will charge tuition fees to all fresh graduate students who are included in the national graduate enrollment plan in accordance with the principle of "new methods for freshmen and old methods for students".

According to the document [2015] No.59 of the Education Department of Finance Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Price Bureau, the tuition standard for full-time academic postgraduates in our school is 8000 yuan/student/school year, and that for full-time academic doctoral students is 10000 yuan/student/school year. Tuition fees for full-time professional degree graduate students are charged according to different professional standards. (3) Medical examination fee:

According to the documents of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Price Bureau Guijiafei [2005] 1 and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Price Bureau and Health Department Guijiafei [2005]269, the entrance examination fee for freshmen is 60 yuan per person.

3. Payment method: For details, please refer to Appendix 2, Notice of Payment for Freshmen of Grade 20 15 of Guangxi University.

4. Organizational Relations in party member: party member went to the Party Committee of his college with a letter of introduction on organizational relations issued by the Organization Department of the Party Committee at or above the county level. The title of the letter of introduction was "Organization Department of the Working Committee of Guangxi University".

5. Household registration: When new students enter school, they can move or not move their household registration according to their own wishes. If the registered permanent residence voluntarily moves into the school, the requirements are: (1) The registered permanent residence will move into the school within 45 days from the date of enrollment registration, and the formalities will not be completed after the deadline. (2) My name, nationality and date of birth on the Household Registration Certificate must be consistent with the admission notice and admission list of the District Admissions Examination Institute. The ID number must be filled with 18 digits, and the handwriting must be neat and clear. Otherwise, you can't settle down and need to return to your hometown. You also need to indicate your height and blood type in the remarks column of the migration certificate, and submit two recent 1 inch photos with big head and bareheaded white background after reporting.

Third, other precautions

1. The entrance examination was conducted in Guangxi University Hospital (East Campus) on September 14 and June 15. Please take an inch bareheaded photo. There is no need to draw blood or have an empty stomach on the day of physical examination. For specific arrangements, please refer to the instructions for freshmen's entrance examination published by the school hospital. Our school will review the physical health of freshmen, and if the results are abnormal after the review, we will give them a month's treatment time. If the results are still abnormal after one month, it will be handled according to the relevant regulations on student status management.

2. The class purchases textbooks in a unified way; Bring necessary study reference books, stationery and daily necessities, such as clothes, quilts, mosquito nets, buckets and tableware. And you can also buy it in a unified way after coming to school.

3. Students from poor families should log on to the website of Guangxi University Student Financial Assistance Management Center (the path is: /→ organization setting → management organization → student financial assistance center → national student loan section), check the "Admission Instructions for Grade 20 15 Postgraduates of Guangxi University" and fill in the relevant forms according to the requirements of the instructions, so as to handle the relevant financial assistance procedures after admission. The national student loan can be divided into two modes: student source credit student loan and campus national student loan. See Annex 3 for the loan process. 4. Candidates with admission categories of "non-directional" and "directional" need to transfer their personal files to Guangxi University. Candidates are requested to contact the personnel archives management department of their unit with the received transfer letter to handle the delivery of archival materials, and send the archives to the graduate office of Guangxi University * * * * College by EMS express. Previous candidates with the admission category of "orientation" do not need to retrieve personnel files, and candidates do not have transfer letters.

5. Married female students who are admitted as graduate students of grade 20 15 in our school should provide the Questionnaire on Marriage and Childbearing Status of Graduate Students of Guangxi University (see Annex 4) when reporting. Please download the questionnaire from the master's enrollment website of the Graduate Office, fill in the form and seal it, and then submit it to the Graduate Office of the College for the record when the freshmen report for admission.

6. Our school will build a postgraduate scholarship system with national grants, national scholarships, subject scholarships, three-aid post allowances and related supporting policies and measures for postgraduate national student loans as the main body.
