Physical fitness test is one of the physical fitness tests in universities, and it will be recorded in university scores. Failure has little effect. Physical fitness test is very simple. If you have nothing to do, go to the playground for running, exercise and increase your physical fitness. Ask the PE teacher, the head teacher and the department leader to see if there is any way to make up for the physical failure.
There are three items to be tested in all grades of the university, and three items are selected for testing, which requires a total of six items. Height, weight and vital capacity are mandatory items, and the requirements are as follows:
1, choose one from 1000m running (male), 800m running (female) and step test;
2. Choose one from sitting forward, throwing a solid ball, sit-ups (female), pull-ups (male) and grip strength.
3.50-meter running, standing long jump, skipping, basketball dribbling, football dribbling and volleyball padding.
The sum of the scores of each evaluation index in this standard is the final score of this standard, with a full score of 100. According to the final score, the rating is: above 90 points is excellent, 75-89 points are good, 60-74 points are passed, and below 59 points are failed.
