Second, the enrollment target

The special plan of colleges and universities enrolls studious and excellent rural students in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in remote, poor and ethnic minority areas, and the specific implementation area is determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Applicants must meet the following three conditions:

1. Meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2022;

2. I and my father or mother or legal guardian have rural household registration in the implementation area, and I have local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years;

3. I have been studying in the county high school where my hukou is located for 3 consecutive years, and I actually attended it.

Candidates should log in to the special program registration system of colleges and universities (/gxzxbm) (hereinafter referred to as the registration system) before April 25th, and register according to the process requirements. Please upload the electronic scanned copy of the following application materials according to the prompt of the registration system:

1. Application form for enrollment of special programs in colleges and universities (generated and printed by the system after registration), please upload it in order of page number from small to large;

2. The front and back of the original ID card;

3 candidates and their parents or legal guardians' household registration home page, home page and my home page (or the certificate issued by the local public security department);

All the above materials must be true. Among them, the material 1 must be signed by the auditor of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school; Please upload materials 2 and 3 in the supplementary materials of the registration system. All application materials need not be sent, and our school does not accept paper application materials. The electronic scanned copies uploaded by candidates in the registration system must be clear and readable. If the registration is not completed as required or the application materials do not meet the above requirements, the registration is invalid.

Sixth, the admission method

1. Candidates' physical health requirements must comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation and other departments on the physical examination of college admissions. The application conditions for related majors shall be implemented according to the full-time undergraduate enrollment regulations of the school in that year.

Candidates in the province of college entrance examination reform must meet the requirements of college entrance examination majors (categories), and candidates in other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) must meet the requirements of college entrance examination majors (categories).

2. Candidates are required to take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and fill in the special plan volunteers of our school according to the relevant regulations of the provincial admissions office of the place of origin (when filling in the college entrance examination volunteers, the specific filling method and time shall be subject to the provincial admissions office of the place of origin).

3. In principle, the college entrance examination scores of qualified candidates must reach the admission control scores of the same subject in the province of origin (key undergraduate batches). For the provinces with merged undergraduate batches, the admission control scores of the same subject in this batch (key undergraduate batches) shall be implemented according to the minimum admission control scores corresponding to the special types determined by the provincial recruitment office of students. After entering the file, the school arranges enrollment majors according to the published enrollment plans of provinces and majors, the voluntary special plans of colleges and universities, and the total score of college entrance examination, and according to the enrollment regulations of our school and the relevant regulations on provincial enrollment.
