University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (University of Electronic Science and Technology? Science? And technology? China (Electronic Science and Technology University for short) is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and a national "double-class" "985 Project" and "21/project" construction university. The school is located in Chengdu, with Wang Yafei, Party Secretary, and Ceng Yong, President. The school motto is "seeking truth from facts, majestic".
The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, formerly known as Chengdu Institute of Telecommunications Engineering, was established in September. 1956. It is the first radio university in new China, which is formed by the merger of the telecommunication engineering department of Jiaotong University (now Shanghai Jiaotong University and Xi Jiaotong University), the telecommunication department of South China University of Technology (now South China University of Technology) and the radio department of Nanjing University of Science and Technology (now Southeast University). 1988 was renamed University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
Application conditions:
The school's requirements for the physical health of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. The requirements for the health status of national defense students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China People's Liberation Army College Entrance Examination Standards. Freshmen will be re-examined after entering the school, and those who do not meet the requirements will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the school. Anyone who cheats in the physical examination will be disqualified once found.
