Because contemporary college students live in dormitories, there is not much interference, and the sleep time and depth cannot be guaranteed. Relevant survey results show that about 32.5% of students have sleep disorders such as difficulty in sleep, fragmented sleep and early sleep.
2. Lack of physical exercise
Some college students have a weak sense of physical exercise. Although many students have a strong desire to appreciate the level of competitive sports, they are not required to participate in physical exercise directly.
According to the survey, about 24% of boys exercise twice a week in their spare time of 30 minutes, 18% of boys don't take part in physical exercise at all. Girls exercise less, and only 10.5% exercise more than twice a week.
3. Drinking, smoking and bad habits
Some college students are addicted to alcohol and tobacco. The survey shows that the smoking rate of freshmen is10%; Sophomore students are 50%; Junior 75&; ; Senior students 95%. Other students who have bad habits such as alcoholism account for about 60-70%.
4. Unreasonable diet
Research shows that about 27% students don't eat breakfast, mainly because they can't get up on time. Many students only eat two meals a day or less, which leads to physical decline. And a considerable number of overeating also triggered a series of acute diseases.
