At the same time, the staff of the Football Association and the Foot Management Center strengthened their understanding and study of football work. With the arrival of 2003, in line with the principle of summing up the work in time, summing up the successful experience, finding out the shortcomings and further improving the work, the work of the Football Association in 2002 is now summarized and reported to the Standing Committee in four parts for your consideration.

First, ensure the smooth progress of League A, conscientiously implement the "Fortune Cup" football endeavor project, and constantly improve the professional level of coaches and referees.

National League A is the highest-level annual competition of China football, and Hongta ranks among the first-class leagues, which gives Yunnan football its own home court. The competition organization and the image of the competition field have also attracted national attention. As the lead department of the organizing committee of the competition area, Yunnan Football Association has been focusing on ensuring the smooth progress of League A, creating a good competition environment and promoting the ranking of Hongta. With the care and support of provincial and municipal leaders, a complete and efficient organizing Committee was established, which effectively guaranteed the progress of the event. 200 1 won awards such as "Excellent Division of National League A", "Security Management", "Venue Management" and "News Management", ending the history of no awards in Kunming Division. In 2002, the work of Kunming Division continued to be influenced by officials of China Football Association. Home and away teams, game supervisors, referees and all walks of life have praised that the league has entered the final stage. While completing all the work in Kunming Division of National League A, Yunnan Football Association and Foot Management Center also shoulder the task of implementing the "Hongyun Cup" Yunnan Football Endeavour Project in 2002, which is a series of public welfare activities jointly carried out by Yunnan Football Association and Yan Kun enterprises to improve the football level in Yunnan Province and carry forward the corporate purpose of Yan Kun enterprises to "develop the economy and repay the society". The successful implementation of the "Hongyun Cup" Yunnan Football Endeavour Project in 2002 greatly enriched the cultural life of people of all ethnic groups in the province, activated the football enthusiasm hidden in the red clay plateau, and played a positive role in promoting the extensive development of Yunnan football. The whole activity was orderly and rich in content, which aroused strong response from all walks of life and football fans. The "Lucky Cup" football endeavor project has also become another successful example of cooperation between enterprises and sports.

Youth football is the foundation and premise of football development in China. It is the long-term task and important duty of Yunnan Football Association to widely popularize youth football and let children of all ethnic groups in our province participate in football to the greatest extent. In order to improve the level of football in Yunnan Province and gradually change the current situation of poor football foundation in Yunnan Province, it is necessary to cultivate and build a team of coaches and referees who are interested in developing youth football and strive to expand the football population. Based on the working principle of focusing on the future and treating the symptoms first, Yunnan Football Association has held four training courses for C-level coaches and 1 first-level referees in the past year. 120 football coaches, referees and primary and secondary school teachers from all over the province participated in the systematic training one after another, and obtained the qualification certificate of China football C-class coach or first-class referee issued by China Football Association, which laid a talent foundation for the extensive development of youth football in Yunnan Province and reserved teachers. Organizing a number of C-level coaching training courses in just one year has created a precedent for the construction of football infrastructure in Yunnan, which is also rare in the country. This fully reflects the China Football Association's support for the development of football in the western region and the desire of football workers in our province for professional knowledge. The training work has also promoted a large number of coaches and referees who have worked hard for the development of football in Yunnan for many years to a higher level of professional posts.

Second, actively explore the development path of sports industry and strive to promote the materialization process of Yunnan Football Association.

Sports industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the global economy, and it is also one of the most dynamic emerging industries in China since the reform and opening up, especially in recent years. After ten years of professional development, the football industry, with its unique competitive charm and huge concern groups, has shown great advantages of large scale, strong correlation, wide radiation and rich economic returns, and has become the most active and energetic part of China's sports industry. On February 28th, 2006, 5438+0, after the establishment of the second Yunnan Football Association, the working policy of developing the football industry and promoting the substantive construction of the Football Association was defined. 13 On May 28th, the 2002 World Cup qualifier (China-Indonesian team) arranged by China Football Association was fully commercialized and achieved great success, which enabled Yunnan Football Association to accumulate funds for the first time from scratch. After carefully analyzing the factors such as industrial composition and development potential, the Provincial Football Association and Foot Management Center established "Yunnan Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd." in cooperation with Yunnan Sports Lottery Management Center and Yunnan Sports Advertising Company. The projects operated by the company cover sports competition performance industry, sports fitness and entertainment industry, sports training and consulting industry, sports tangible assets and intangible assets management. It has built an operating platform for the development of Yunnan football industry. It also provides a reliable guarantee for the Yunnan Football Association to promote the materialization process. However, the development of the football industry cannot be achieved overnight. It must undergo the baptism of the wave of market economy in its growth, optimize its combination and adjust its projects in its operation, and gradually mature. This requires us to further change our concepts, strengthen our study, constantly absorb new knowledge, and act according to market rules to meet the requirements of development. At the same time, we also firmly believe that under the care and leadership of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Football Association and the leaders of the Provincial Sports Bureau, and with the care and support of all walks of life, through unremitting efforts, Yunnan football will definitely make a difference in the development of Yunnan football and the improvement of football level.

Third, actively bid for the games, create a football atmosphere, strengthen professional training, and lay a solid foundation for the development of football work.

In order to further promote the extensive development of Yunnan football and meet the people's demand for sports to the greatest extent, Yunnan Football Association actively strives for the policy support of China Football Association, undertakes major events, contacts people from all walks of life extensively, and sincerely cooperates with enterprises. After hosting the World Cup qualifier "China vs. Indonesia", it also hosted the World Cup warm-up match "China vs. Thailand" and successfully hosted various activities of the "Hongyun Cup" 2002 soccer endeavor project. At the same time, the Provincial Football Association is also committed to supporting the development and construction of Yunnan Hongta Football Club, and is highly concerned about the promotion of the league ranking of Hongta Football Team. The extensive development of amateur football in 2002 and the rising ranking of Hongta team in League A greatly set off the atmosphere of football development in Yunnan and laid a good foundation for the development of football in the province and the work of the Football Association. Yunnan Football Association and Football Management Center, as the highest management institutions of football in the province, have unshirkable responsibilities and obligations for the development of football in Yunnan. It is very important to standardize the operation of permanent departments, improve the quality of personnel and strengthen the cultivation of compound talents. The football activities in the past year have enabled the four college graduates recruited by the Foot Management Center to undergo comprehensive work training, accumulate certain work experience, and gradually complete the transformation from school knowledge to social practice, from cooperation and assistance when they first joined the work to being able to work independently in the later period, and their work ability has been reflected, and they have a further understanding of the work of the Football Association. In order to let them have more work experience, they were specially arranged to do some business and financial work exercises, which cultivated the backbone of the work for the extensive development of football in Yunnan Province in the future and laid the talent foundation for the construction and development of Yunnan Football Association.

Fourth, the existing problems and the direction of efforts.

Over the past year, the work of the Football Association has been spent in a hurry. Looking back, we still find that there are many shortcomings and deficiencies in our work. For example, the investigation and research on the current situation of football development in the whole province needs to be improved, the contact with local football associations and football workers needs to be close, the popularization of youth football and the development of school football needs to be increased, the depth and breadth of foreign exchanges need to be deepened, the contact with China Football Association needs to be further strengthened and expanded, the popularity and service awareness of Yunnan football needs to be improved, and professional business learning needs to be widely carried out. Problems such as the need to deepen the performance of the duties and functions of foot management will attract attention, but we also firmly believe that with the construction and development of Yunnan Football Association and the supplement and strengthening of football management cadres, the shortcomings and deficiencies in our work will be gradually made up and improved. Next year, on the basis of our work in 2002, we will always maintain a modest and prudent professional attitude, advocate selfless dedication, and organize the national C-level football preliminaries and the province's amateur football leagues. Vigorously promote the popularization and improvement of youth football in Yunnan Province, do a good job in the service of League A and Hongta Club, strive for the establishment of football projects in the 12th Provincial Games, further strengthen industry management, optimize industrial structure, actively communicate with foreign countries, strive for corporate sponsorship, create a football atmosphere, increase publicity, increase the football population, and do all the work harder.
