The People's Public Security University of China, referred to as the Public Security University, is located in Beijing. It is an ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Public Security and a senior police officer college of the Ministry of Public Security. It is a national "world-class discipline construction university" and "excellent legal talent education and training plan" pilot university and a comprehensive university in the public security industry.

By the end of 20 18 and 10, the school had two first-class disciplines, namely, national key disciplines and four Beijing key disciplines.
