What should Japan University of Fine Arts do to prepare for the exam? Do you have any suggestions?
1, Japanese requirements

Applying for a Japanese university requires a Japanese score. Ordinary universities need liberal arts or science scores and Japanese scores, and some need English scores. Most art universities only need to submit Japanese scores. The Japanese scores of international students are divided into two categories. One is JLPT (Japanese Proficiency Test), that is, "N 1" and "N2" proficiency tests. Generally, you need a certificate with N2 score or above to apply for a university. Second, EJU (International Student Experiment) includes three subjects: Japanese, liberal arts and science. Art students only need Japanese scores, 400 points for Japanese listening and reading+50 points for writing (small composition), with a total score of 450 points. However, the scores of small compositions are not read by universities, and generally only 400 points are counted as listening and reading. Generally, it takes more than 250 points to apply for a university, and some universities only need more than 220 points.

2. Professional requirements

Professional examinations in Japan have different emphases and contents according to different schools and disciplines, and some schools do not need professional examinations. Due to the differences in the contents of professional examinations between China and Japan, students can choose to go to art private schools or prepare for proofreading to understand and learn. Because professional art students have participated in training in China and have a foundation in art, the professional examinations in Japanese universities will be easier. If the new art students can't keep up, Bian Xiao suggests applying to a university that doesn't need a professional exam.

3. College examination (interview+practical skills)

Japanese universities need interviews, and the results of interviews account for 70% of all grades, which can be said to be very, very important. The general interview revolves around five basic questions (why come to Japan; Why did you choose this school? Why choose this major; Study plan; The rest will involve a little professional knowledge, such as your favorite designers and works, and will be prepared according to your chosen major. There are still some universities that need to prepare their portfolios, and you need to introduce your portfolios to the professors during the interview.

Practical skills refer to professional examinations organized by universities, mainly sketching. Different universities have different time requirements, and the universities they actually apply for are the main ones.
