(A) the main contents of the evaluation of grass-roots organizations
The assessment of the general branch and branch of the Communist Youth League mainly refers to the "Work Contents and Quantitative Assessment Methods of Grass-roots League Organizations in Daqing Campus of Harbin Medical University" issued by the Youth League Committee.

Second, the steps of evaluation and appraisal
(A) the evaluation steps of grass-roots organizations
1, the Youth League branch shall conduct self-examination in accordance with the Standard Contents and Quantitative Assessment Methods for Grass-roots League Organizations, and report the self-examination results to the League Meeting. At the same time, report to the Communist Youth League branch in written form, and the Communist Youth League branch will check and accept them one by one, and report the overall situation to the Youth League Committee.
2, each branch according to the problems existing in the self-examination, put forward improvement measures, within the time limit to reach the assessment standards formulated by the Communist Youth League.
3. After the initial inspection of the Communist Youth League branch is considered qualified, it shall be reported to the Youth League Committee for acceptance.
4. The Youth League Committee shall conduct acceptance one by one by listening, watching, checking, discussing and rating.
5. According to the appraisal results, the Youth League Committee will commend the advanced and notify the backward branches.
(B) the steps of democratic appraisal of league members
1, ideological education stage. All branches should explain to all members the importance and purpose of democratic appraisal members, correct their attitudes, unify their thinking and enhance their consciousness of participating in democratic appraisal.
2. Self-evaluation stage. On the basis of ideological education, each league member should check the problems existing in his work, study and life, find out the root causes, make clear the direction of efforts, write a written summary and classify himself according to the league member standards and evaluation standards.
3. In-group evaluation stage. After self-summing-up, each branch will carry out mutual evaluation among members. Everyone should proceed from the desire of unity, criticize sincerely, find problems and evaluate objectively.
4. Classification and freeze-frame stage. On the basis of the above, the branch committee makes a fair evaluation of each member, fills in the appraisal form of democratic appraisal members, reports it to the Youth League Committee and saves it in my file.
III. Classification and demarcation methods
After research, it is decided that after the evaluation, the youth league branch of the whole school will be divided into three categories: excellent youth league branch, up-to-standard youth league branch and up-to-standard youth league branch through self-recommendation, general youth league branch evaluation and joint evaluation by the Youth League Committee. Excellent youth league branch accounts for 10% of the number of youth league committees and general youth league branches.
Members of the whole school will be ranked according to outstanding members, qualified members and unqualified members, and the goals and efforts of members will be clarified. (The proportion of excellent members accounts for 10% of the number of members in the department, and the excellent member model is generated from the excellent members, accounting for 10% of the number of excellent members. )
(A) Excellent Youth League branch evaluation criteria
1, excellent youth league branch
(1) division reached the standard of 95 points or above, which played a strong fighting role, and all tasks assigned by the school could be well completed.
(2) Be good at organizing flexible and diverse cultural, entertainment and ideological education activities, have a solid work style, be able to work creatively and make outstanding achievements.
(3) Educational activities were carried out more than four times in the past year.
2, the standard league branch
(1) The branch reaches 90 points or above, and can complete all tasks assigned by the school.
(2) to carry out cultural entertainment and ideological education activities, fruitful.
(3) Having conducted more than two educational activities in the past year.
3, substandard League branch
If the branch is less than 90 points, it means that the Youth League branch is not up to standard.
(b) Evaluation criteria for members
1, excellent league member
(1) Strictly demand yourself according to the league members' standards, master the basic knowledge of the league, and pay the tour fee on time, which can give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the league members.
(2) Seriously study political theory, understand the party's principles and policies, have good ideological, political and moral qualities, have a high political consciousness, actively move closer to the party organization, and have submitted an application for joining the party.
(3) Be good at uniting students, be enthusiastic about serving everyone, take the initiative to do good deeds, and play an exemplary role in various activities of the group.
(4) Be strict with yourself, obey the rules and discipline, and dare to fight against all kinds of bad tendencies.
(5) clear learning objectives, correct attitude and study hard. The comprehensive evaluation score of this semester has reached 1/2 before class, and the moral education comments are above good.
(Note: After being rated as an excellent league member, if there is any violation of discipline, the qualification of being recommended to join the Party will be cancelled. )
2. Qualified members
(1) Be able to ask yourself according to the standards of the league members, master the basic knowledge of the league members, play the exemplary role of the league members, and pay the tour fee to the organization on time.

3. Unqualified members
(1) If you don't standardize your words and deeds according to the league members' standards and don't understand the basic knowledge of the league, you can't play the role of the league members.
(two) no organization and discipline, not to participate in the activities of the group for more than half a year, but not to organize the life of the group, not to do the work assigned by the group organization or not to pay the tour fee.
(3) I didn't study hard last semester, my goals were unclear, I cheated in the exam or failed in three (including three) subjects.

Fourth, several requirements:

All general branches and branches must fully understand the importance of this democratic appraisal work, attach great importance to it, conscientiously implement it, adhere to the attitude of seeking truth from facts, ensure the quality of appraisal, and strictly prohibit superficial and formal work.
2, elaborate organization, reasonable arrangement, in-depth investigation.
In the evaluation process, the arrangement of each link should be specific, thorough and orderly. Evaluation should be carried out in strict accordance with the evaluation criteria, and the secretary of the general branch of each regiment should conduct in-depth research, so that the evaluation has a certain intensity and depth and is truly implemented.
3. Follow up and ask for efficiency, pay attention to rectification, and work hard.
Rectification is the fundamental purpose and destination of appraisal work, and the key to appraisal effect is rectification. After the appraisal work, all branches and branches should put forward rectification opinions in light of the actual situation, help and educate unqualified members, talk regularly and make improvements within a time limit.
4. Fill in the registration form carefully. Outstanding individuals shall attach deeds of not less than 500 words, outstanding collectives shall attach deeds of 1500 words and photos of activities, and the departments shall indicate their opinions and affix their official seals; After the appraisal work, the registration form, deed materials and appraisal statistics of the members shall be submitted to the Youth League Committee in duplicate before April 20.
5. The Youth League Committee will commend the advanced league organizations and individuals selected during the May 4th Movement, and establish the file of "recommending outstanding league members to join the Party" for the outstanding league cadres, outstanding league members and outstanding league members selected according to their comprehensive evaluation.
