First of all, college students should proceed from their own reality and solve a series of reasons in their study.

First, conceptually, college students should change their ideas and understand several important issues about learning: "for whom", "how to learn" and "why to learn" to complete the role transformation. Secondly, teachers can improve their teaching methods. The traditional indoctrination teaching method of "full house irrigation" is no longer suitable for university classrooms. In the classroom, teachers can do more heuristic teaching, exercise students' thinking ability, and give students more space to think and express freely. The way of curriculum assessment in universities can not be limited to the thinking mode of "high score", but pays too much attention to students' recitation of book knowledge.
