Well-known alumni in Peking University: politically, there are Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China; in scientific research, there are Yang Shaoqing, distinguished professor of Shenyang Gong Li University, academician of China Academy of Engineering, Li Guojie, dean of Computer and Control College of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and others, such as Xu Juyan, academician of China Academy of Engineering, microelectronics expert and astrophysicist Ai Guoxiang.
