The leased object was completed and delivered in April. 1997. Building area 1 2437m2, main building above ground 1 1 floor (1159m2), 2 floors on the roof, with a smaller area (628m2), and basement1floor. The building has completed the renovation of fire protection, civil engineering, water and electricity heating facilities, and the campus power has been expanded. The present situation of the whole building allows the lessee to inspect it on the spot.

Note: During the lease period, the lessee must abide by national laws and regulations and the campus management regulations of Henan University of Technology. It can only be used in the industry where the unit works, and may not be used in hotels, training and catering projects, or engage in acts that have a bad influence on the reputation of Henan University of Technology.
