School of Politics and Public Administration of Zhengzhou University is a directly affiliated department of Zhengzhou University. 1 1 was derived from the Department of Politics at the beginning of its establishment, and it is one of the earliest seven departments of Zhengzhou University.
The college aims to cultivate outstanding talents with firm political stance, strong public service consciousness, profound professional theoretical foundation, outstanding environmental adaptability and strong entrepreneurial and innovative ability. The college consists of administrative department, public utilities management department, social work department, human resources management department and political department. It has doctoral programs in public administration, master programs in public administration, master programs in political science and sociology, master programs in public administration (MPA) and social work (MSW), post-doctoral research stations in public administration, national first-class professional construction sites in administration, public utilities management and social work, and human resources. * * * Management, political science, provincial key disciplines, key think tanks in Henan Province, collaborative innovation center of social governance in Henan Province, and public management research center of Zhengzhou University, a key research base of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities in Henan Province.
By June 5438+February, 2022, teachers in our college had been approved to set up more than 30 projects of the National Natural Science Fund and Social Science Fund in recent five years, including 3 major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund, 4 key projects, more than 50 projects above the provincial (ministerial) level, more than 50 academic works and more than 500 papers, of which more than 0/00 papers were published by important journals such as CSSCI. Among them, the Ministry of Education won the first prize for outstanding achievements in humanities and social sciences research 1, and provided more than 20 decision-making consultation reports for the party and government departments1.
