The school accepts activists, but it needs to meet the following conditions:

1, activists should have complete materials, including application form for joining the party, recommendation form, training and inspection form, ideological report, party class completion certificate, etc.

2. Activists' materials must be examined by undergraduate colleges and graduate schools before they can be admitted.

3. Activists shall not be inspected for more than five years, otherwise they shall reapply for joining the Party.

Activists have to study in the graduate school for another six months before they can be identified as development targets.
