June, 5438+October, 2005 10, the College of Arts and Sciences of Yunnan Normal University was founded on the basis of the former Expo College, and was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent undergraduate college.
In February, 20021year, the Ministry of Education agreed to transform the College of Arts and Sciences of Yunnan Normal University into Kunming College of Arts and Sciences.
