Can I have a pet when I go to college?
Most students welcome small pets kept in fish tanks, such as goldfish and turtles, and think they are cute and beautiful. Putting it in the dormitory will not affect the students, but it is still a scenery in the dormitory. But for large pets such as cats and dogs, it is difficult for students to agree. The school also disapproves of campus pets. According to relevant surveys, the Regulations on Apartment Management of some universities clearly stipulates that pets are not allowed in the dormitory. However, the school has not made any decision about keeping pets. Some colleges and universities confiscate pets when they find them, while others persuade students to take them out of the dormitory and dispose of them themselves. However, because these treatments are not so strict, the trend of keeping pets has been repeatedly banned.

Campus is a public place for study, not a private family for classmates. Keeping pets should stand from the perspective of classmates and take the principle of not affecting their life and study as much as possible. The campus environment needs to be created by every college student. Meanwhile, loving pets is not necessarily a pet. Students can devote their spare time to the publicity activities of caring for animals and raising pets in a civilized way, and participate in the volunteer activities of the small animal protection association and the city stray animal shelter.
