After graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, mainland students can stay and work in Hong Kong as long as they meet the admission requirements in Hong Kong. In fact, the mainland undergraduate students who graduated from our university in the past have made good progress in both employment and further studies. Most of them stayed in Hong Kong to work. Many of them are employed by multinational companies, and some of them have worked in mainland government agencies. In addition, some students choose to stay in Hong Kong or go to famous overseas universities for further study after graduation.

Since 2008, in order to encourage mainland graduates to stay in Hong Kong, all mainland undergraduates can stay in Hong Kong for 12 months after graduation, during which they can work or study. Mainland students who have lived in Hong Kong for seven consecutive years can apply to the Hong Kong government to become permanent residents of Hong Kong.

4. Teaching (especially general education) and publishing.

5. Governments, non-governmental organizations and business organizations: administration and policy implementation.
