The new campus of shijiazhuang tiedao university Sifang College is located in the west of Fanjiazhuang Village, Jicun Town, Yuanshi County, south of Wangjiazhuang Village, surrounded by mountains on three sides, covering an area of 2 180 mu, including 969.6 mu of construction land. The planning and construction of the new campus will aim at "humanistic campus, green campus, harmonious campus and smart campus".

Yuanshi County is located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, a suburb of Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital, and the county seat is 25 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang Railway Station. It has jurisdiction over 8 towns (Huaiyang, Song Cao, Nanyin, Yincun, Nanzuo, Jicun, Macun and bei chu), 7 townships (Zhaotong, Dong Zhang, Su Yang, Sucun, Beizheng, Ganxian and Heishui River) and 208 administrative villages with a total area of 676 square kilometers and a registered population of 446,000.
