Huanghe University of Science and Technology is the Huanghe Institute of Science and Technology, headquartered in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. It is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, and was selected as one of the first batch of "strategic research units for the pilot reform of applied science and technology universities", the construction institution of "Made in China, internet plus and 2025" promoted by the Ministry of Education, and the first batch of pilot universities for transformation and development in Henan Province.
