The College of Literature, History and Philosophy of Shandong University was established in April 2002, based on the former College of Literature, History and Philosophy of Shandong University, the College of Ancient Books Arrangement and the College of Folklore. The current president, researcher Ba, Party branch secretary Ma, professor, associate professor and vice president Professor Li Pingsheng. The Institute consists of eight secondary research institutions: Classical Literature Institute, Han and Tang Literature Institute, Bamboo Slips and Silk Institute, China History Institute, Wen Xin Diao Long and China Aesthetics Institute, Historical Theory Institute, Philosophy of Science and Technology Institute and Folklore Institute. There are 2 independent doctoral programs, 5 doctoral programs with other departments, 3 first-class postdoctoral mobile stations and 8 master programs.
