As far as I know, the bachelor's degree is based on your degree course, that is, the course scores with an asterisk (*) on our course schedule, and the GPA must be >; =2, and if you didn't commit any serious illegal acts during your school days, it seems that your bachelor's degree is not linked to Band 4, and you can basically get a degree.
