In order to implement the concept of "Great Shandong University", give full play to the overall advantages of Shandong University's literature resources, and better ensure the demand for teaching and scientific research literature, the library of the general school and the library of Weihai Branch opened literature lending services, providing lending services for teachers and students in both places. These measures are as follows:
1. From May 10, readers with official campus cards of the two places can borrow documents, search and query collection information and personal borrowing information in different libraries with campus cards.
2. Readers can borrow books from different places and enjoy the right to borrow books in the library (general schools: teachers borrow books for 90 days, with the maximum borrowing volume of 15; Graduate students can borrow books for 60 days, with a maximum of 10 books; Undergraduate students can borrow for 30 days, with a maximum of 8 books. Special loan departments in accordance with the provisions of the implementation. Branch school: people above intermediate level can borrow for 90 days, with a maximum of 40 books; Junior and below personnel can borrow for 90 days, with a maximum borrowing capacity of 30 books; Graduate students borrow for 60 days, with a maximum borrowing volume of 30 volumes; Undergraduate students can borrow for 30 days, with a maximum of 20 books).
3. Both readers must return books at the lending office (branch readers can return books at any of the six branches of the general school). Readers who can't return the books at the borrowing place for special reasons should send the books to the library where they are located (readers in general schools must pay fees in the arts and sciences library of the central campus), and pay the overdue fee and the courier fee for each book 10 yuan.
4. Readers who violate the rules in the process of borrowing in different places shall be dealt with according to the rules and regulations of different places.
5. On May 15 every year, stop graduates from borrowing books from different places and clear up books and debts. Other readers should clean up their books and debts at any time when they go through the formalities of leaving school.
