According to official website of Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology is located in Hangzhou, formerly known as Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology. It was renamed Zhejiang University of Technology on 1993 after the development stages of Hangzhou Chemical School, Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology, Zhejiang Institute of Chemical Technology and Zhejiang Institute of Technology.
The University was founded in 1953, and 1993 was officially renamed as Zhejiang University of Technology. Zhejiang University of Technology is a key construction university in Zhejiang Province. At present, Zhejiang University of Technology has three first-class doctoral programs 13, 29 first-class master programs, 22 master degree authorization categories and 66 undergraduate enrollment majors, forming a three-level training and enrollment system.
