(3) The family income meets the access conditions, the per capita housing construction area of the family is lower than the corresponding standards stipulated by the municipal government, and the single person must be at least 18 years old and have a stable job and income in this city.

2. Legal basis: Article 7 of the Administrative Measures for Public Rental Housing.

To apply for public rental housing, the following conditions shall be met:

(a) there is no room in the local area or the housing area is lower than the prescribed standard;

(two) the income and property are lower than the prescribed standards;

(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.

2. What is the application process for public rental housing?

1, accepted. If the application materials are complete, the application point shall accept it and issue an acceptance certificate;

2. First instance. Within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application, the preliminary examination institution shall complete the preliminary examination and put forward the preliminary examination opinions. Those who pass the preliminary examination shall be submitted to the Municipal Public Rental Housing Authority for review. Unqualified, inform the applicant in writing and explain the reasons;

3. review. City public rental housing authority shall put forward examination opinions within 7 working days from the date of receiving the preliminary examination materials. Qualified publicity. Unqualified, inform the applicant in writing and explain the reasons;

4. publicity. Applicants who pass the review will be publicized on the public rental housing information website, including income, housing and other related information, and the publicity time will not be less than 7 working days. If there is any objection to the publicity object, the Municipal Public Rental Housing Authority will accept the real-name report and complete the verification within 10 working days. If the objection is established after verification, it shall inform the applicant in writing and explain the reasons;

5. Waiting. After publicity, if there is no objection or the objection is not established, the applicant can enter the waiting list, and the applicant can inquire at the public rental housing information network or the application point. During the waiting period, if the applicant's work, income, housing and family number change, he should take the initiative to submit written materials to the original application point in time and re-examine his qualifications.
