Why can't you get along well even after graduating from a prestigious school?
I think there are two main reasons for this problem-"prestigious schools do not mean strong ability" and "strong ability does not mean good mixing". Let's talk about it separately.

First, a prestigious school does not mean strong ability.

As we all know, what is it to be admitted to a prestigious school? Look at the score. Scores can reflect a student's learning ability and hard work to some extent, but they can't fully reflect a person's ability. Therefore, students who enter prestigious schools may not be strong enough after graduation for the following reasons.

Reason one: it is possible that this student is only good at exams and not good at other aspects. This certainly does not exist in top universities like Tsinghua and Peking University, but it is inevitable for other famous universities.

Although some students get good grades and are admitted to famous schools, their thinking ability, or learning ability, and reaction speed may be average, which may be entirely due to a lot of personal efforts. It is difficult for such students to have satisfactory personal abilities after graduation from college.

Reason 2: University has four years (or five years). Four years is neither too long nor too short, but four years is enough to make a person change or become estranged from the people around him. Some students got excellent grades in high school and were admitted to famous schools, but they slacked off for various reasons after entering school, such as playing games or being tired of learning, so they neglected for four years. Even if you graduate from a prestigious school, you may not learn anything valuable after four years.

Although the overall learning atmosphere of prestigious schools is very good and there are many excellent people around them, it is inevitable that some people will not make progress.

Second, being strong doesn't mean mixing well.

Some students graduate from prestigious schools, even though they are very capable, but for other reasons, they may not be able to "mix well" in society and get excellent jobs or social status. There are many such wishes.

For example, for personality reasons, some people may be sales professionals (just for example), but they are introverted and taciturn. Although they have excellent theoretical knowledge, they are not good at communication. It is difficult for such people to succeed in the industry.

For example, for reasons of personality, although some people are outstanding in ability, they are not correct enough, or they are too selfish, or they like to slander others and raise themselves, or they don't talk about honesty. In short, such a person is hard to get the favor of colleagues in the workplace, and his unchanging personality may make people dislike him. Even if there are more opportunities and stronger abilities, it is difficult to achieve anything.

Or opportunity, some people may have obtained a high degree in a prestigious school, such as a doctor, but they chose the wrong major and the wrong direction, resulting in low efficiency of their efforts. In the field of scientific research, this situation is very common. Some people may stick to and study a wrong theory all their lives, and naturally it is difficult to achieve anything.
