Q: Why did you come to work in the school?
A: I think about the reason why I want to work in the school. I think there are the following points:
I am a person who has carefully planned my career. From junior staff to experimenters is the direction of my efforts.
I'm more sedate and reserved, and I like academic research-related work. Understand the basic experimental principles and techniques, and master the conventional experimental methods and steps. Master the performance of commonly used instruments and drugs, and be familiar with the use and operation methods. I believe I can be responsible for the maintenance of some instruments and equipment in the laboratory.
Of course, I chose to work in the school because of the benign atmosphere of quiet, study and continuous progress.
That's my reason, thank you.
Asking about career ideals
A: I'm glad you can ask this question and give me another chance to explain my ideal.
I am a person who has carefully planned my career. From junior staff to experimenters is the direction of my efforts. This is also the reason why I came to the school to apply for this position. Be careful, I am divided into the following stages:
First year: Responsible for the maintenance of some instruments and equipment in the laboratory. Learn relevant experimental principles and techniques from colleagues and teachers, and master all kinds of instruments and equipment in our laboratory. At the same time, do a good job of logistics support for teachers and seniors (more grandiose, bring tea and water to clean the table).
The second year: strive for the upper reaches in study and work, be able to diagnose the faults of general instruments and equipment, and undertake the technical management of more complicated precision instruments and equipment. Responsible for preparing experimental instruments and equipment, ensuring the timely opening of teaching experiments, installing, debugging and operating, and organizing experiments according to the experimental plan.
3-4 years: Assist middle and senior experimental technicians to design and improve some experimental devices (equipment). Undertake the general maintenance of commonly used instruments and equipment.
The fifth year: master the professional knowledge and technology related to experiments, independently create and improve some experimental technical conditions, design special experimental devices according to the ideas and requirements of laboratory directors or teachers, improve the performance indicators of related instruments and equipment, and be responsible for debugging, maintenance, overhaul and general troubleshooting of large-scale precision instruments and equipment. To undertake the experimental teaching or organization of more than one course, be responsible for formulating experimental schemes, designing experimental methods, selecting instruments and equipment, analyzing and processing experimental data, and compiling experimental teaching materials and explanations.
Of course, this is not my destination. I will keep pace with the times, constantly improve myself and learn new technologies and theories.
In fact, no matter how you ask questions, you should closely follow the job responsibilities of the position (laboratory staff) you are interviewing, and answer in different sections (answering in different sections is the performance of rational thinking in the interviewer's view). The most important thing is to answer "big but not empty, practical and sincere in words and deeds" in the interview.
