What is the G30 in Japan?
Japan's G30 refers to the English teaching plan named Global 30 (30 300,000 foreign students program, referred to as G30) launched by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in 2009.

Project G30 has 13 universities, including six old imperial universities in Japan: Tokyo University, Kyoto University, Osaka University, Nagoya University, Tohoku University and Kyushu University.
