1. According to the regulations of Anhui University on changing majors, freshmen can change majors: students who meet the exam results of changing majors and other relevant conditions stipulated in the enrollment regulations of that year can apply for changing majors after registering.

2. The quota is transferred to a major. Students who meet the following conditions can submit an application for transferring to a major. Those who pass the examination and selection can go through the formalities of transferring to a major within the quota: students in the second semester, students with the first semester grades and the top 20% of their majors, pass the selection and assessment of their majors.

3. If other majors meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to change majors: students do have special skills and can provide sufficient reasons, which are recommended by their departments, and the transfer to departments proves that they can give full play to their special skills after changing majors; Students apply for "demotion", that is, they voluntarily transfer to the next grade of related basic subjects with lower scores than their major.
