In recent years, China has been marching towards a market economy, adhering to the style of integrating with the international market and implementing a managed floating exchange rate system. Therefore, with the appreciation of RMB, foreign trade enterprises are facing greater financial risks. This puts forward higher requirements for financial management of foreign trade enterprises, especially for foreign exchange risk management. Since the exchange rate reform in 2005, China has implemented a moderately managed floating exchange rate system. By 20 10, the appreciation of RMB has reached 3 1%. Although this makes us more closely related to global changes, it also removes the original fixed exchange rate barrier, which completely exposes enterprises to exchange rate risk and brings great financial management, especially exchange rate risk management pressure to foreign trade enterprises as the main users of foreign exchange. In this context, for China's foreign trade enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen financial management and avoid the risk of exchange rate changes to ensure the normal operating results of enterprises.
Research ideas and schemes
The appreciation of RMB shows that there is too much demand for RMB abroad, that is, China exports too many goods and services or buys too many foreign securities, so foreign countries have to pay more RMB. The increase in demand but stable supply leads to the upward fluctuation of RMB exchange rate, which in turn leads to the increase in the prices of China's export goods and services and the contraction of exports, which will also lead to the decrease in foreign demand for RMB and the decrease in exchange rate.
Research scheme:
1 case method and empirical analysis. Through cases and statistical data, describe the theory and find the law.
2 system analysis method. Find out the theoretical basis of the problem, review the relevant literature at home and abroad, and combine the experience of foreign employees' career planning to summarize the factors that affect China employees' career planning.
