Students who take part in the defense must report to the defense lounge half an hour in advance according to the time arranged for the defense. Students need to bring their ID card (or other valid documents) and student ID card when defending, which will be verified by the staff of the learning center.

Students must attend the defense on time. If a student fails to arrive on time due to irresistible objective factors within the specified time for reply, he will be arranged to be the last person in the group to reply on that day. If the student fails to reply, the total score of graduation design (thesis) is directly judged as unqualified. If students are not satisfied with the final grade of graduation design (thesis), they can apply for the next graduation design (thesis).
